Meet the Aldridges

Raised underfoot, loved like family

We're the Aldridge family — Sarah, Tom, and our two kids — and our days revolve around the dogs. What began with one beloved yellow Lab named Maple has grown into a careful, health-first program producing just two or three litters each year.

Every puppy is born in our living room and never sees a kennel. They're handled from day one, raised through the Puppy Culture protocol, and exposed to the gentle chaos of family life — children, vacuums, car rides, grass between their toes — so they arrive confident and ready to bond.

The journey

How Cedar Ridge grew

Fourteen years, three generations of dogs, and hundreds of families later — we're still doing it the slow, careful way.

2012

It started with Maple

A single yellow girl with a heart of gold who convinced us that the world needed more dogs like her.

2015

Our first planned litter

After health-testing and mentorship from a respected breeder, Maple's first litter arrived — and so did our calling.

2019

Built the whelping room

We dedicated a sunlit room in our home to whelping and Puppy Culture — temperature-controlled, camera-monitored, always nearby.

2026

320+ families and counting

Today our dogs live as cherished companions, service dogs and family members across the country. We wouldn't trade a single day.
